Contact FileJuggler.online

Need help using FileJuggler.online, found something that is not working correctly, or have an idea that could improve the tool? We welcome questions about the online file organizer, file sorting rules, folder access, browser compatibility, previews, file operations, and other FileJuggler.online features.

Contact us for support

Email support@filejuggler.online with feedback or support questions.

You can contact us about folder selection problems, scanning issues, files not appearing in the organization preview, rules not matching the files you expected, move or rename actions not completing, destination folder problems, conflict handling, Quick Organizer questions, browser permission messages, compatibility warnings, rule import or export problems, and general questions about how FileJuggler.online handles local files.

Useful details to include in a support request

When reporting a technical issue, include the browser and operating system you were using, the action you were trying to perform, and any visible error message. It also helps to explain the steps you followed immediately before the problem occurred.

For example, tell us that you selected your Downloads folder, chose Organize by File Type, reviewed the scan, and then received an error while generating the preview. A clear description of what you expected to happen and what actually happened is usually more useful than simply saying that the tool did not work.

Please protect your private information

You do not need to send us your personal files to ask for support. Avoid emailing private documents, passwords, authentication information, financial information, confidential files, or other sensitive data.

If you share a screenshot, hide private filenames and personal information when necessary. Avoid sending an unredacted activity log if it contains filenames, folder names, usernames, or directory paths that you do not want to share.

FileJuggler.online processes files locally

FileJuggler.online is designed around local browser based file organization. For supported operations, your selected files do not need to be uploaded to our servers just to be organized. The browser receives access to a folder only after you explicitly select it and approve the browser permission request.

Because of this local processing model, we normally cannot inspect the contents of the folders you organize. A support request may therefore require you to describe the issue you are seeing rather than expecting us to inspect your files directly.

Browser compatibility questions

Direct folder organization relies on browser capabilities that are not available equally in every browser. If the Select Folder button is unavailable, folder permissions are not appearing, or direct file operations are disabled, browser compatibility may be the cause.

You can open the FileJuggler.online organizer and compatibility check to review the available functionality. If you contact support about a folder access problem, mention the exact browser and browser version you are using.

Questions about file organization rules

FileJuggler.online lets you organize files according to conditions and actions. Depending on the available features, rules may use file name, extension, type, size, modified date, parent folder, filename keywords, and custom conditions.

If a custom rule produces unexpected results, describe both the condition and the action. For example, explain that the condition is Extension is PDF and Filename contains invoice, the action is Move to Documents/Invoices, and some matching files were missing from the preview.

Preview changes before applying them

We strongly recommend reviewing the organization preview before applying file operations. The preview is designed to show which files match your rules and what FileJuggler.online intends to do with them.

If a preview does not look correct, do not apply the organization. Return to your rules or organization settings and make the necessary adjustments. If you believe the preview itself is incorrect, contact us and explain the rule being used and the result you expected.

Feature requests and suggestions

You can contact us with ideas for new file sorting conditions, organization presets, bulk file management features, better conflict handling, new rule options, usability improvements, accessibility improvements, mobile interface suggestions, additional organization guides, or performance improvements for large folders.

When suggesting a feature, explaining the problem you want the feature to solve is especially helpful. Describe the workflow you currently perform manually and how you would like FileJuggler.online to simplify it.

Report a bug

A useful bug report includes your browser, operating system, the feature you were using, the steps that caused the problem, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, any visible error message, and whether the problem happens every time.

You can include a screenshot when it helps explain the issue, but remove private information before sending it.

Find help in our organization guides

You may be able to find an answer immediately in our file organization guides. The guides cover common workflows such as cleaning messy folders, organizing Downloads, sorting files by extension, organizing files by type, and using automatic file sorting rules.

General feedback

Not every message needs to be a technical support request. If you have general feedback about FileJuggler.online, its interface, organization workflow, content, guides, accessibility, or overall usability, you are welcome to contact us.
